Friday’s Inspiration

Hey, how’s your Friday? It’s been incredibly hot here in NY, and I know the same is true for much of the Unite States. We are enjoying the last bit of summer, and I am doing a lot of reading and research as the days melt into one. There’s so much else too, I can’t wait to share.I hope you’re finding ways to be inspired lately.

In the meantime, here’s what inspired me this week:

These Beauty looks from the Olympics are so epic!

The Panola Project

Beauty Hack: A gym… but for your face

Forget an egg on everything, try vinegar? Yes!

During writing sessions, I’ve been playing anything titled Harlem Renaissance. I highly recommend it for those that miss the cafe writing as much as I do.

Peer Pressure via my Peer

An easy weekend project in a sea of big projects.

Would love to hear about what’s inspiring you lately?

I saw/read you do the Rose & Thorn. I do that with my grandchildren. I love to hear what feelings they have for that day. We also add Bud… what you are looking forward to in the future.
    Have a good week ahead.

Today I went on a run the lay down under a tree for a while. I loved feeling the grass beneath me and listening to the thick leaves of tree clack together. Then I saw a nest and was so excited by it. I lifted me. I felt grateful that I saw it and that I decided to lay on the grass. Noticing what is around me, as we are in lockdown again where I live, is inspiring. Also reading an incredible book called Libertie by Kaitlyn Greenridge. It is powerful.
