A May Playlist (To Get You Moving!)

Let’s say, it’s May and you’re not quite sure what day or week it is. Your legs are aching from sitting at the desk with your children quite often. Your body yearns for a good party, or an hour to excercise without interuption. Maybe, you find the time at home to be both soothing and slow, but realizing it is necassary to include movement in your routine this month. No matter where you are on the spectrum, this month’s playlist is for you. May’s playlist is a collection of songs to move your body wherever you phsycically and emotionally are at that moment. They don’t require much space or specific mood. Happy dancing.
