Natural Hair Diary: A Bantu Knot Curl (Video)

Whenever I want a loose but full curl, I go for bantu knot-out. This tends to be my fall and winter style, because it allows me to wear hats since the style flattens my roots a bit. I’ll twist my hair prior to doing the bantu knots, which makes it easier for me to re-twist or change the curl after the style gets a bit old. And honestly, my bantu knots are a style in their own right, which is always a plus in my book! How I take them out below…

Do you have a favorite go-to style this season?

Im wearing the same. I have a lot smaller ones and when I twist my hair I then put perm rods in them. I need them to stay more than a two days lol. So the rods help. I love this video I will add this to my hair collection.
