So Goes The Weekend

Here we are, another new week upon us. Fall is in the air, and my goodness, life is just moving. I looked over at River, and in-between her crying about a train and laughing with a girlfriend, I remembered how much of a baby she really is. It’s often hard to remember, with her insisting on being a big girl most days. This weekend, I worked on having her and myself slow down. We took in time, and made some great memories.

A few things we did this weekend.

1. We biked to the Transit Museum for a birthday party, it was so much fun. I have this bike in a small for those who’ve asked.

2. River wore a onesie from our friend Lindsey for the party. She said it was really comfortable, and I love how she has some space to grow in it.

3. I often listen to NPR on the weekend. My friend Erin, linked this and I enjoyed it. I also listened to this and highly recommend it.

4. I wore this t-shirt and I haven’t been able to take it off.

5. We ate pie from here. So so good! Peter thinks Pies and Thighs have them beat though. The jury is still out.

6. In my off time, I’ve been boot shopping. I love these and these.

How was your weekend?

I love that pic of you. And that one of River is pretty great, too. Thanks for sharing. xo

I just found you through your interview with DesignSponge. Inspiring. Red sandals! (seeing them made my brain go simple). If that's you on the yella sofa (DesignSponge), then oh my gosh, that could be a Latonya Paperdoll: which one of Latonya's head would I like to go with that pose?? Love your work, style, and blog. Thanks.
