I am so happy it’s October! We already are 7 days into it, but I haven’t been able to really feel it until now. There are so many new signs of your arrival, and they put pure joy in my heart; the leaves blanket our sidewalk, I now rise before the sun, the lights that adorn our neighborhood restaurants hang from street to street-glowing and lighting the way. The summer heat is gone, and the winds chill requires an extra layer and I am happy to oblige.
I was happy to welcome all the beauty of our new season and month with a festive number. I’m still very much into colorful pants. When you aren’t sure what to wear, start off with a pair of bright pants and work your outfit around them. Getting dressed is so much easier that way.
