I’m not sure what I expect from denim anymore. For it to make me look stumpy, and frumpy? Probably. For it to be comfortable? Of course. I paired this get up with a very old pair of heals to give it some height, and tone down the farmer in me. The heals did more than I expected, they made the outfit kind of fun and funky; especially paired with neon toenails. 😉
I have been doing a bit more of styling lately. I just realized the other day that it has been almost five years of freelance styling! Woah! Being creative in that way always makes me feel like myself. Free. River is going to school in September (don’t even get me started, I am already in tears) and I will subsequently have more time to put into my craft. Anticipating it frightens and excites me all in the same.
I am wearing: vintage denim jumper-I hacked the sleeves off (similar here), H&M heals (similar here), vintage cuff, and Michael Kors watch.
