One of our sunniest and warmest days out was Memorial Day. Last week was a dreary one, one in which River Mae would expect little time outdoors. But then something extrodinary happened! The sun came out! Glorious, glorious sun, oh did it shine! So in true Staubs nature we pulled out all of our favorite warm weather accessories; Saltwater Sandals, a mini purse (full of rocks), and a bonnet from Urban Baby Bonnets. When River happily wears a bonnet there is a huge mommy win. Some may compare it to scoring a nap when your kiddo usually doesn’t nap (mine is a sleeper, a huge 3-4 hour nap sleeper-also quite glorious). When a bonnet is on she is as equally as happy as I am that she is wearing it, if not more. Their bonnets are reversible (just half the fun!), functional (have I ever told you the story about the diva sun child? It’s River 🙂 ), and the strap is so comfortable. Win, win, win. Quite honestly I love that some of their styles have a funky vintage appeal, it makes the simplest outfits pop! I am excited to test a few more out on her later this week; the sun will be out once again!
Here are some of my favorites: big fans of mustard, this one reminds me of these vintage toddler sheets I’ve been eyeing, and I’m not sure if I am more obsessed with the polka dots or the color.. I guess equally obsessed with both.
